Privacy Notice

This notice explains how Sunlight Passion Pte. Ltd. handles information in its private business tools for the Smart&Proud brand. The Amazon advertising integration is being prepared for internal company use. It does not access Amazon advertising data until the required access and account authorization are completed.
Information we handle
When the service is authorized, it may process our own Amazon advertising account information, campaign settings, bids, budgets, keywords, targeting, performance reports, bulk files and advertising images or videos. It also handles authorization credentials, the identity of authorized users and records needed to check requested operations. It is not designed to collect Amazon buyers' names, delivery addresses or payment card information.
How we use information
We use this information to review advertising results, prepare reports and exports, and carry out changes requested by an authorized company user. We also use technical information to protect the service, diagnose errors and confirm that an operation was completed. We do not sell this information or use it to manage unrelated businesses.
Access and service providers
Access is limited to authorized company users and service providers needed to operate the tools. These may include our server and website hosting providers, an identity provider configured for user login, and OpenAI when an authorized user requests information through Codex. Information returned to Codex is processed under the applicable OpenAI service terms and settings. Amazon authorization credentials are not included in normal tool results.
Storage and security
The advertising integration uses a company-dedicated server. Credentials stored by the integration are encrypted, and access to the service is controlled. Security measures reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every incident will be prevented. Hosting providers may process technical request information, such as IP addresses, to operate and protect the website. The public pages do not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts.
Retention and removal
We keep information only for as long as needed to operate the service, review business results, meet applicable obligations or investigate an issue. The integration's operation journal is configured for a maximum retention period of 30 days. Authorization credentials are kept while the integration remains connected. An authorized company representative can request disconnection and removal of stored information by contacting us. Where information has been returned to an external service, its retention is also governed by that service's terms and settings.
